While they may be the most popular bike company, mainly with those just starting to ride, that doesn't mean you should write them off. Sure they may have 10 frames out that are all the same besides the signature riders name, but most frames now are like that. Other than small cosmetic changes for the sake of being different (Sunday excluded), most BMX bikes follow the same formula. Dual triangle, small rear end, steep headtube angle and low top tube. Now the old school riders think this is terrible, and while I agree that things are getting out of hand, for the most part it's just progression. Riding styles change and those that don't agree are living in the past, trying to hold onto what they are used to when they started riding. It's the same for every generation.

If it wasn't for Rob O and Fit's Series 1 frame, we would still be riding around on 6 lb boat anchors, which by the way, were not as bulletproof as some of you remember them to be. I had to bend back dropouts every time I rode on many old frames back in the day, and have never had any of the same problems with the frames of today.

My point is, all of this hatred towards Fit is just not fair, they helped shape todays market, and I for one am happy for it. I am interested to see how this whole Fit/Cult thing goes down, and wish the best of luck to both companies.

P.S. enough of the sponsor drama, this isn't pro hockey, it's BMX, lets keep if fun ok? I don't want to wake up one day to see BMX sponsor changes and free agency deadlines on SportsCentre.
